1. USB-C cable has a cut, exposing the red wire, but it shouldn’t affect charging

3. The bar that show the 4 dots indicates battery percentage
• = 0 - 25% •• = 25 - 50% ••• = 50 - 75% •••• = 75 - 100% But the fourth one doesn’t turn on, so when it reaches 3 dots, leave it charging for 30 minutes or an hour depending on the charger
